Pinnacle Fitness Studio – Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement By signing up for a membership at Pinnacle Fitness, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This is a legally binding document between you (the Member) and Pinnacle Fitness (the Gym).
2. Cancellation Policy All membership cancellations require 60 days’ written notice. Notice must be submitted in person at the gym or by email to PinnacleFitnessStudioBusiness@gmail.com. Membership dues will continue to be charged during the 60-day notice period. A $25 administrative fee may apply to process the cancellation.
3. Payment Terms and Late Fees Membership fees are due according to the billing schedule agreed upon at sign-up. If a payment is missed, a late payment fee may apply. The gym reserves the right to suspend or cancel access if payments are overdue.
4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability You understand and acknowledge that participation in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or even death. By using the facilities and equipment at Pinnacle Fitness, you confirm that: You are in good physical condition and able to participate in physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the facility and participation in activities. You release Pinnacle Fitness, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while on the premises or participating in any gym-related activity. You agree not to hold Pinnacle Fitness liable or pursue legal action for any injury, loss, or damage, regardless of the cause.
5. Personal Property Pinnacle Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings in designated lockers.
6. Code of Conduct Members must: Use equipment responsibly and follow gym staff instructions. Treat staff and other members with respect. Not engage in any illegal, threatening, or disruptive behavior. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
7. Changes to Terms Pinnacle Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or posted notice at the gym.
8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction where the gym operates. --- Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing below or clicking "I Agree" (for digital sign-ups), you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
